A dealer or shop-installed OEM retrofit typically runs $600+ before labor. Ours is $449.99, plug and play, with no dealer coding or activation required and no cutting or splicing of OEM cables. A 1 year warranty is included with every order.
Here is what you will pick at checkout:
1. Command system: Choose one: "2009-2015 w/ Concert or Symphony System (without MMI)", "2010-2016 w/ 3G MMI", "2016-2019 w/ 7″ MIB Monitor", or "2016-2019 w/ 8.3″ MIB Monitor". No added cost for any of the four.
2. Rear Camera Option: "Flush Mount Camera" (add $50) or "Audi Tailgate Handle Camera" (add $60). Already covered? Pick "No - I want to use my factory camera" or "No - I already have another RCA camera to use" at no added cost.
3. Optional front camera: "Adjustable Lens Front Camera (106S)" (add $60) or "Front Grill Camera" (add $70). This group is optional.
4. Extended Warranty: "2 Year" (add $20) or "3 Year" (add $40). Also optional; a 1 year warranty is already included with every order.

You do not need factory navigation to put CarPlay in a 2009-2019 A4. This kit supports 2009-2015 AMI cars without MMI, the optional 3G MMI navigation system, and the later MIB2 monitors, all through the screen the car came with. A module wires in behind the factory display using existing harnesses, adds wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and asks nothing else of you: no coding, no dealer activation, no cut or spliced OEM cables. S4 and RS4 models are covered by the same kit.
The A4's supported window spans three electronics eras, and the order form walks you through them. Cars from 2009-2015 with an AMI setup and no MMI take one configuration, 2010-2016 cars with 3G MMI take another, and 2016-2019 cars take the MIB2 monitor configuration. Those choices exist because each head unit presents a different connector set behind the screen, and we ship the wiring to match your selection. The console controls you already use continue to handle song selection, volume, and Siri or Google Assistant once CarPlay is live.
