Between 2010 and 2018 the A6 carried some of Audi's most elaborate cockpit hardware. This kit modernizes the original equipment: wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto appear on your existing MMI screen, with your phone connecting over Bluetooth or the supplied USB cable. Ordering is deliberately simple for this model, just your model year and whether your MMI display is a touchscreen, and installation involves no coding, dealer visit, or cut wiring.

Which MMI Version Fits Your A6

This kit is built around the A6's MMI 3G and 3G+ years and the MIB2 cars that followed. The order form asks two things: the year, 2010 through 2018, and whether your 3G+ MMI display is a touchscreen, with separate selections for cars with and without touch so the correct wiring ships with your order. The timeline is straightforward: 2010-2011 cars run MMI 3G or 3G+, 2012-2015 cars carry the 3G+ system, and 2016-2018 cars move to MIB2. Installation documentation arrives matched to the configuration you select.
