Upgrade your current OEM Screen with our OEM Integrated Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto + Camera System.
Compatible with all OEM factory screens (6.5" to 10.25") in the 2004-2020 BMW 5 Series / M5, across CCC, CIC, NBT, and EVO Command Systems. This plug-and-play video interface module seamlessly integrates with your existing OEM screen and radio, adding both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities.
Now you can experience enhanced navigation, voice control via Siri or Google Assistant, and stream your favorite music through Spotify, Apple Music, and more, all through your car's speakers and using your BMW's OEM screen and controls.
Our system will not disable any OEM factory functions or steering wheel controls. Preferably, the factory microphone is used for hands-free calling, and all audio routes through the vehicle's speakers. An aftermarket microphone is provided in the event your vehicle does not have one.
Note: vehicles equipped with the base analog radio (no factory display screen) are not compatible with this system.
On EVO touchscreen vehicles, the CarPlay/Android Auto interface is controlled with the iDrive knob; the factory touch function does not operate inside the CarPlay screen.
Seventeen model years separate the oldest and newest 5 Series we support, and the same order page covers them all. From E60 sedans through F10 cars and into the G30 generation, this kit delivers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the 2004-2020 range using the screen already in your dash. The module lives behind that display, connected through BMW's own harnesses, which means no cutting, no coding, and nothing in the cabin that looks aftermarket.

This module keeps every factory function intact because it is not a screen replacement, just an addition behind one.
Plenty of 5 Series cars in this range still earn their keep as daily commuters, and that is exactly the use case wireless projection improves most. Pairing happens over Bluetooth on its own, and a USB cable is included for a wired connection or charging on longer trips.
Calls, messages, and live navigation run through Siri or Google Assistant using the voice button and iDrive knob your hands already know, so your eyes stay on the road.
Rear visibility upgrades are available too: the flush mount camera sits above the license plate and pairs picture-in-picture with factory PDC where fitted. The adjustable-lens option covers spoiler or bumper mounting and cars that sit lower or higher than stock.
A 2004-2020 spread means this kit has to speak four different iDrive dialects: CCC, CIC, NBT, and EVO all served the 5 Series at some point in the supported years. Each system changed the connectors behind the screen, which is why our order form treats the command system, not the model year, as the deciding question. Which one your car carries was settled on the assembly line, so badge and year only get you close; the interface design on your screen is the accurate identifier, and we are happy to confirm from a photo of your running screen before you commit.
