Upgrade your current OEM Screen with our OEM Integrated Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto + Camera System.
Compatible with all OEM factory screens (6.5" to 10.25") in the 2008-2019 BMW X6, across CCC, CIC, NBT, and EVO Command Systems. This plug-and-play video interface module seamlessly integrates with your existing OEM screen and radio, adding both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities.
Now you can experience enhanced navigation, voice control via Siri or Google Assistant, and stream your favorite music through Spotify, Apple Music, and more, all through your car's speakers and using your BMW's OEM screen and controls.
Our system will not disable any OEM factory functions or steering wheel controls. Preferably, the factory microphone is used for hands-free calling, and all audio routes through the vehicle's speakers. An aftermarket microphone is provided in the event your vehicle does not have one.
Note: vehicles equipped with the base analog radio (no factory display screen) are not compatible with this system.
On EVO touchscreen vehicles, the CarPlay/Android Auto interface is controlled with the iDrive knob; the factory touch function does not operate inside the CarPlay screen.
BMW invented the coupe-SUV category with the X6, and the early cars still turn heads; their infotainment is what gives their age away. This kit modernizes the 2008-2019 range with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, installed behind the factory display of an E71 or F16 through the harnesses BMW built in. The sloping-roof cabin keeps its factory look, the iDrive controller keeps its job, and your phone takes over navigation and music the moment you sit down.

Every factory function on your screen survives the install because nothing is replaced, and every order includes a 1-year warranty.
The CarPlay module is wireless-first, pairing over Bluetooth on its own, with a USB cable included for wired connections or charging.
Steering it all is the iDrive controller you already use, covering volume, track selection, and voice activation on either phone platform.
Rearward visibility has never been the X6's strength, which makes the camera add-ons here more than an afterthought. The flush mount option delivers a 170 degree wide-angle view from above the license plate and pairs with factory PDC for picture-in-picture parking, while the adjustable-lens camera suits bumper or spoiler mounting on lowered or accessorized cars.
The X6 compresses BMW's head-unit history into a tidy sequence. E71 cars typically run CCC from 2008 through 2011, with CIC taking over from 2012 through 2014. The F16 generation introduces NBT for 2015 and 2016, and EVO finishes the run from 2017 through 2019. Our support ends at 2019 because the following generation moved to BMW's MGU platform, an architecture this module does not serve. Each of the four supported systems needs its own wiring behind the screen, so choose your command system carefully on the order form, and confirm by interface design if your car sits at the 2009-2010 or 2014-2015 crossover point.
