Upgrade your current OEM Screen with our OEM Integrated Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto + Camera System.
Compatible with all OEM factory screens (6.5" to 10.25") in the 2006-2020 BMW X3, across CCC, CIC, NBT, and EVO Command Systems. This plug-and-play video interface module seamlessly integrates with your existing OEM screen and radio, adding both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities.
Now you can experience enhanced navigation, voice control via Siri or Google Assistant, and stream your favorite music through Spotify, Apple Music, and more, all through your car's speakers and using your BMW's OEM screen and controls.
Our system will not disable any OEM factory functions or steering wheel controls. Preferably, the factory microphone is used for hands-free calling, and all audio routes through the vehicle's speakers. An aftermarket microphone is provided in the event your vehicle does not have one.
Note: vehicles equipped with the base analog radio (no factory display screen) are not compatible with this system.
On EVO touchscreen vehicles, the CarPlay/Android Auto interface is controlled with the iDrive knob; the factory touch function does not operate inside the CarPlay screen.

A dealer or shop-installed OEM retrofit typically runs $600+ before labor. Ours is $449.99, plug and play, with no dealer coding or activation required and no cutting or splicing of OEM cables. A 1 year warranty is included with every order.
Here is what you will pick at checkout:
1. Command system: CCC (Typically 2006-2008), CIC (Typically 2009 - 2012), NBT (Typically 2013 - early 2017), or EVO (Typically mid-2017 & newer).
2. Optional backup camera: Flush Mount Camera (add $50) or the Tailgate Handle Camera - about 6 1/3" handle (add $70). Keeping what you have? Choose "No - I want to use my factory camera" or "No - I already have another RCA camera to use".
3. Optional front camera: Adjustable Lens Front Camera (106S) (add $60) or the Integrated Front Grill Camera (2018-2020 Models) (add $70). You can skip this group entirely.
4. Extended Warranty: 1 Year (Included With All Orders), 2 Year (add $20), or 3 Year (add $40).

Do not worry: almost all BMWs in this range have a compatible factory screen. Only some newer lower-trim models might carry the analog-only radio without a screen, so the year range above is usually all you need to place your order.
An X3 tends to stay in the family for years, which makes a screen upgrade smarter than a trade-in. This kit covers 2006-2020 models across every iDrive generation the X3 has carried, adding wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto through a module that connects behind your original display. The factory screen, iDrive knob, and every existing menu remain; what changes is that maps, messages, and music now come from your phone, streamed to your speakers without a cable in sight.

Installing the CarPlay module takes no cutting or coding, the cargo area and cabin stay untouched, and a 1-year warranty comes standard.
Bluetooth pairing happens without the phone leaving a pocket, and a USB cable is included for wired playback or charging.
Factory buttons continue to handle volume, song selection, and voice recognition, whether the phone is an iPhone or an Android.
X3 owners get a camera option most of our BMW kits do not offer: an OEM-integrated tailgate handle camera, measuring about 6 1/3 inches across, that gives the rear hatch a proper factory-look rear view.
The standard flush mount and adjustable-lens cameras remain available as well, and any of them shares the screen with your factory PDC sensors for picture-in-picture parking.
Support runs from 2006 through 2020 and spans all four iDrive command systems we build for: CCC (typically 2004-2008 builds), CIC (typically 2009-2012), NBT (typically 2013 to early 2017), and EVO (mid-2017 and newer).
