AUDI MMI OEM Integrated Backup Camera System

     The AUD-MMI systems package is a high definition rear view camera and video integration module for your Audi vehicle with MMI Navigation. The OEM Integrated Sony CCD HD camera will mount upwards onto your license plate lip. Once connected to the video interface module, the image appears automatically in high definition when the vehicle is placed into reverse. The AUD-MMI Interface Module has a dedicated rear view camera input and also a front camera input that will automatically trigger when going from reverse to drive and will time out after 15 seconds back to your OEM scree. This system is a simple OEM integration package that maintains your factory set up while upgrading your vehicle with an integrated backup backup camera system.

     Our fully integrated backup camera system uses a simple plug and play installation. Once installed, if you install the CANBUS connections, the system will automatically trigger when in reverse and display onto your existing OEM screen. Using the CANBUS connections, you'll unlock dynamic parking lines that move with the steering wheel to better assist you in parallel parking. Once you revert back to "P" or "D", the screen will revert back to OEM. Essentially, once installed and functioning, you'll have a fully integrated backup camera system that will function exactly like a factory installed system complete with the OEM Integrated Tailgate Handle to give you a true OEM look and feel.
