SHIPPING POLICIES

 

Emerald Integrations has built an experienced and reliable shipping department specializing in customer service and satisfaction. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Most orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. The processing time may be different, however, depending upon product availability. Orders of $100 or more (shipped within the continental United States or Puerto Rico) qualify for Emerald's Fast & Free Shipping, which you can find in your Shopping Cart or during checkout. International Shipping is available with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Emerald Integrations ships from its facility in Woodland Hills, California.

 

Fast & Free Shipping

We are proud to offer Fast & Free Shipping for orders of $100 or more being shipped within the continental United States and Puerto Rico. If your order qualifies for Emerald's Fast & Free Shipping, please allow 3 – 6 business days for delivery (after processing).

 

Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? Quicker shipping options are also available for most all in-stock products. Shipping options include Next-Day and 2-Day Air Delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Please select your preferred shipping option during checkout or contact us for more details.

 

Canadian Shipments

Emerald Integrations is glad to offer special shipping rates to our Canadian customers. These special rates are with USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, and USPS Priority Express International. These carriers promise to be the most cost effective with the quickest delivery time. Our Canadian customers can opt to save with these special rates, but may choose UPS or FedEx instead (which is available in both your Shopping Cart and Checkout). Please note: Duties and any additional applicable taxes or import charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the value of your order.

International Shipments

Emerald Integrations is proud to offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees are based on weight, shipping destination, and your preferred shipping method. Please use the "Get Shipping Quote" link in your Shopping Cart to view shipping options and rates for your order. Please note: Brokerage fees, duties, and any additional applicable taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on rates provided by your country and the shipping courier. Order & Shipment Processing

Each order placed on Emerald Integration's website goes through our processing department before it can be shipped. Most orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST are processed and may be cleared for shipment as early as the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. PST will be processed and cleared for shipment the following business day. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with tracking information. If you do not receive an e-mail within 3 days after placing your order, please log in to your account to track your order(s) and/or contact us immediately via email, phone, or LiveChat. 

 

Shipping Change Fees (Address Intercept)

If a request to change the shipping address is made after the package leaves our shipping facility, it is subject to an Address Intercept Fee. This fee is imposed by the shipping carrier. The amount of the fee varies in accordance to the shipping carrier's policies. Our team at Emerald Integrations will do its best to work closely with shipping carriers in the event of a change in the shipping address. Please be aware that not all shipping carriers will accept address intercept changes. This policy is in accordance with the security measures and agreements made with our third party shipping companies.


Signature Required

Due to the value of some shipments, Emerald Integrations may require a signature upon delivery. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company in order to ensure the safest delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. In addition, many of our third-party shipping carriers also require signatures upon delivery to ensure protection against fraud and theft. Customers may request any additional special delivery instructions by contacting us, and we will be more than happy to work with you.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our failure to provide you will excellent service. Emerald Integrations strives to provide you with the first-rate customer experience. However, we will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as an act of God (ex: weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Our guarantee is also void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information that results in your order being delayed. Our guarantee is also void if a signature is not provided during a delivery attempt (if a signature is required).
